Websites on webserver 3 are unavailable this morning - both HTTP and FTP.


Could someone please investigate...


Status Page doesn't report any problems so thought I had better raise a Support Ticket 148368.

Hi, I have just joined Freeola and would like some advise on the Instant Pro Website.

Is it sufficient enough to run a small business from, ie the use of Paypal and can I have a shop? Do you get many problems.

Be grateful for some advise.

Sites on server 3 are fine thanks.

BUT - sites on server 7 are now unavailable...



EDIT: After a few minutes break they seem to be back!?!

Yeah we noticed this about 10 minutes ago, it's currently under investigation by the tech guys. Normally they can get it up and running again in a few minutes once informed.

Sorry for the inconvenience.


EDIT: Seems to be fixed now
