if i was to build a mame cabinet and install 1000's of mame roms, genesis roms and other differnet roms would i be legally allowed to sell it if it had these roms on the hard drive? how much money would i get for a full size mame cabinet and would i make any money on building it and selling it?

You'd be attached to a large concrete pillar in the town square, then your arcade machine would be attached to a large chain and used like a wrecking ball to pulverise you into a fine paste.
