This all sounds too good to be true. Because we have all had so much trouble and expense when buying the properties we are unsure what to think. We would like to try to sell our apartment either next year or the year after, as we too have been told by fellow that we meet last year that the site will only increase in value over the years and that it will be the Russians that will be interested in buying the apartments. Please let us know if any of you find out more info or take the plunge.

Hi, I set up a thread about this company a few weeks ago as I was contacted out of the blue. I did a search on them and found some forums - I would recommend checking out http://www.marbella-lawyers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=60

I have decided not to go with them for now as I do not feel comfortable paying over £1,000 up front, which just guarantees a realistic offer, not a sale. In my pessimistic view this means that they could get anyone to pretend to be a legitimate buyer and make a fake offer to fulfil the contract. They have also only been running since Sept 08 and there are no customer reviews as yet which I would find useful before going with them.

Also the example contract they emailed through suggests that potential buyers actually stay in your apartment which I find bazaar and unneccesary.

I would be intested to hear from anyone who has gone ahead and their experiences with Resale Strategies Limited

Hi easylivin...just got a reply back from the resale guys and they said that there was a big interest from the russans and they would start the property off at 85000 euro and that is just for a studio don,t know what to make of it as i am not interested any way of getting the place sold but you said you wanted to sale one of yours so give them an e-mail just to see what happens...one of the other replys has the e-mail address

I've been contacted aswell - not sure what price they'll put on the place as they said they need to have the square footage etc. and they have yet to tell me what the marketing costs involved are - they want payment up front for that and 2% of the gross selling price aswell! I'm dubious of everyone after our experience buying this apartment, so I'm not sure about these guys...

Hi everyone got a phone call today from sounds like an English girl about their company buying my studio at panorama she said that there was great interst from different people looking to buy at the area were we are situated which is by far the best spot in the whole surrounding area including sunny beach,i would say in years to come this will be the tops with tourists as it has old Nessabar right beside it and a docking place for linners,please let me know has anyone else being contacted and i will keep you all filled in when they phone me in a couple of days time which they said with a price as to what the value is...C...U...Napper
