Just wondering, with broadband, if you have two computers u wanna connect to the net, instead of networking them together, can u just use a splitter at the wall jack? If you do this, will the phone still work whilst both pc's are on the internet?
Just get yourself an ADSL router - about £30 more than a standard ADSL modem but you could run 4 machines off it. Obviously you'd need a NIC in your machine but a 3C905 is dirt cheap.
