Family Guy tries too hard. It stretches about 5 minutes of story into a 20 minute show, and fills the rest with quick fire gags that don't really make much sense. But it's occasionally funny, no Simpsons though.
Family guy makes me appreciate comedy, its pure genius, its strongest point is the gags are too fast for the mind to keep up with, resultiung in laughter.
The simpsons was funny, but the new ones suck, anyone who disagres needs serious medical attention, all the simpsons care about is celebrity appearances to boost ratings.
Futurama is quite funny, but no competition to family guy.
