Howdi..

Got curious again. This is probably general computer knowledge and stuff.. But.

Like monkey_man does. How do you get all the stuff you record onto camera to your computer? What kind of cables would I need?

Help appreciated. :)

Ah. That's more like it. Just wanted to know what kind of cable, if anything. Chars.

Guess I'll have to grab one from here then seeing as it's that cheap.
The one I've got right now is just a normal videocamera. Had it for a 'long' time and hasn't got anything for the usb cable. Just thought there might be another way.
But thanks for answering that..

If you have a conventional video camera, then I think you need an AV converter that goes to your video card. Not sure really about that route - ask Er-no, he should know.

All I have is the Trust 310 AV digital camera. I got it from SR ages ago for £80, but it's now down to £45-ish. It comes with the camera (obviously), a tripod, batteries, wrist strap and a cable that goes from the camera to the USB port on your PC. The camera came with software that once opened, detects if the camera is plugged in and allows you to upload all your pics and videos to a temporary folder, then you can move them wherever the hell you like.

Hope that answers your questions.
