Our prisons and underfunded and overcrowded.

Or at least they were before a top ITV executive came up with a great new idea for a show:

I'm A Convicted Murderer, Get Me Out of Here!

A special prison wing is to be opened at Wormwood Scrubs, with a camera on every wall to capture all of the action. 9 of the UK's toughest murderers will then be moved to the prison with the change to win freedom, and immunity from conviction for any further crimes.

Each week the prisoners will have to take part in a number of activites, fighting it out to be the best, including fastest soap grab, best hidden weapon, creative carcass dispossal and many more.

The losers each week, decided via phone-vote will have to spend the whole week in solitary before being taken back to their original prison, disgraced.

Look out for this and more 'get me out of here' shows in the future.

Also, following the success of Reborn in the USA comes;

Reborn in the USA 2.

Confirmed to take part in the show so far are;

Tupac, Elvis, Freddie Mercury, John Lennon, Jimi Hendrix, Falco

Others are beign recruited as you read this!

The former stars will sing in a different graveyard each week, via medium, with the chance to win reincarnation, and a new record deal!

"I've fallen into a cesspit, get me out of here!"

In which really annoying celebrities get pushed into tanks full of poo. That's it. No one gets them out of there, no phone vote, no "exciting challenges", just annoying people pushed into frothy liquid poo - with chunks - with lead weights tied to their feet, and they either drown or drink their way out.

Hope Kurt Cobain and Dave Williams (Lead singer of Drowning Pool for those who don't know, who died last year aged 30)will be on Reborn in the USA 2. Think of the venues: Arlington National Cemetry, Gettysburg...

Ha ha ha.
