Hi how do u create this on http://robouk.mchost.com/ the bit where the latest news is something to do with a frameset as i want one here www.antons-world.co.uk/home.htm or .html not sure one of the two i want it to be in middle of buttons thanks

No need to apologise, all you need to do is show any semblance of intelligence or ability to contribute to this process.
