I'd be very suprised if Microsoft sold their controlling share of Rare in the near future.
do you think rare can start remaking thier games for the wii or cube

As it stands, it's not happening. Rare is owned by Microsoft but Nintendo are entitled to a share of the profits but Microsoft and Nintendo could not agree a deal so it's dead. There hasn't been any news for about a year now.
