This game is based upon Star Trek Starfleet Command, the only difference is that it is set in the 24th century, the game will be the same except the ships and weapons.
Races would include the Federation, Klingon Empire, Romulan Star Empire, Cardassian Union and the Borg.
I am sick of Star Trek games being realised and then finding out that they are set in the time of Kirk, I want a game that is set in the time of Picard & Sisko with ship to ship combat.
This game would give you that chance.
Federation ships would be, Galaxy class, Sovereign Class, Miranda class, Nebula Class and Defiant Class cruisers.
Klingon Ships would be, Bird of prey, Vor’cha class, SuQ’Jagh class and Negh’Var class.
Romulan ships would be, Shrike class, Raptor class, Griffin class and a War Bird.
Cardassian ships would include, Dammar Class and Battle ship.
Borg would include, Sphere and a Cube.
Standard Weapons would be: Phasers/Disruptors, Photon Torpedoes and Tractor beams, Extra weapons would include, cutting beam (Borg) Cloak (Romulan & Klingon) Energy dampener (Cardassian) and shield disruptor for Federation ships.
The Borg would only appear in later missions, alike the first Starfleet Command where planet destroyers were invading Earth, this time it would be the Borg invading Earth, and it would be up to you to stop them.
As you progressed through the game you would earn more bars of latinum and you could either spend them on a new ship or new crew.
You would be able to play as either The Federation, Klingons or Romulans. The Borg and Cardassians would be computer controlled.
I think this would be a good game, I realise that they have just made a new Starfleet Command game but that one is set in the same time as the original.
Any one got any thoughts on this idea??
