I caught the whole show, and they were involved quite a bit, it was good to watch.
The only thing I'd complain about is that they said they hand loads of E-mail questions, yet only gave about 40 seconds for the Q&A section, and only one question each.
Did anyone catch this?

yeah i saw it to, it was great. shame about the Q & A, but Eat My Goal was good.
