Wirelessly either via bluetooth or via Apple's Airport? I have a PC and I am looking to buy an I Book plainly because I have been dying to buy a apple for some time but never had the guts to.

Is it even possible for a mac and a pc to link up wirelessly as I need to share my broadband connection or just use it while downstairs etc

It'll be possible.

Probably not very pretty, but possible.

They use the same networking standards so there would be no problem whatsoever. For more info go to apple.com/uk and look at the switch subsection, your question is answered there.

Airport uses either wi fi(b), or the newer powerbooks with airport extremeuse the updated (g) standard, which is backwards compatible. Besides, ibooks and powerbooks are so much better looking than a regular pc laptop.
