Hi,My sincere apologies if this has already been asked.

Can anyone help me to help my nephews out?
They have an Xbox that is not working properly,The Lights come on and are red & green.
I need to find out a little more information to tell you more.

Green and Red flashing is internal. Green and Orange flashing is no A/V connection.

Just take it back to where you got it from and get a new one.

I remember something about this in the xbox manual, i'll go check.

-It just says that there is internal problems.

Can't really help much. But I do remember reading about what the different coloured lights mean in the instruction manual you get with the console, if you haven't already looked there then give that a try.

All the connections in properly?

I can't remember how, but I remember getting those lights flashing.

I'm sure it was something to do with the power.

Don't call Microsoft though - they'll just offer to service it for the price of a new one.

No it's as standard as the day it was built.

Aside from ripping CDs to the HD I never put anything but Xbox games in my Xbox.

I don't like to tempt fate.

I think that's happened to my Xbox now Crysatal, only just got Unreal Championship and played it once for an hour or so, then I started to watch a couple of DVD's and thats the only game that won't work now.

Sometimes if it read too many games and dvd's the console's get messed up and the laser start working baddly, It only happened when I had my ps2.

Is it modded?
