Sometimes I wonder what I did all that studying for. I trained to be a teacher and never went teaching, I trained in English Lit and never really used that, I trained in Computer Science and didn't use it.
It makes me think that perhaps I could have studied something more interesting. Folklore, that would be a start, but I guess I'll never be satisfied with what I know.
There is so much out there that I would like to know more about. History, science, theology, Paranormal Phemonena and more besides. Some have courses and curricula, some are more of a personal quest.
Not that I regret my time as a student, oh no, I had great fun, both learning and on a more recreational basis. Still, I wonder how things would have been if I'd have chosen another direction...

Thats why I am studying to be an undercover person.
That's why I'm only doing a college level media course, so I won't feel guilty about dropping out (if need be) since it's pretty low. If I was at uni, paying all those expenses, I wouldn't want to leave because I'd want to stick it out. Then I'd have wasted all that time and money for nothing.
My sister is a teacher, my brother is on his last year of a 4 year uni course which will see him getting a 50k a year job afterwards. Me? I'm playing it one day at a time.
