I'm in the process of building the worst website ever (well, maybe not as bad a Ftozzi's).
I need your help.

Of course, it's no where near complete, won't be for months. It's plain, horrible, not very nice looking etc. This site is basically a tester, as I got Dreamweaver today.
Anyway. You see the left frame? Well, how do I put a scroll bar on it? If anyone has DW, and knows how to do it, I'd appreciate it. Otherwise, tell me some HTML and I'll figure out how to add it to the frame.
