Apparently calmer people are less likely to be affected by this condition in old age. The fact I have often been criticised of being 'horizontal' in terms of being laid back and somebody who is generally happy enough talking to new people seems like I'll be keeping my memory all the way to my grave.
Basically what they are saying is calm down and get some friends and you wont slowly lose your mind when you get past 60 :)
