I've received a reply from THQ regarding the No Mercy glitch, I apologise if someone has already posted this, but it is important that you see it:

"Thank you for your recent e-mail regarding the problem with save data being erased in the game WWF No
Mercy. We are aware of the problem and are currently working with Nintendo to ascertain the cause. We hope
to be able to rectify the fault, but this process could take 6 to 8 weeks.

In some cases it is possible to stop the fault from occurring. We suggest that you try the troubleshooting steps
on our main THQ website,
http://www.thq.com/ Support/Tree.asp? Node=1079&UPC=30119&SupID =194.200.84.2|36901.2295717593. (You'll have to remove the spaces from the URL if you wish to use it!) Also,
we recommend that you use official Nintendo Controller Paks, Expansion Paks (not required) and controllers
only, as any third party peripherals were not tested with the game and we cannot guarantee that the game will
function correctly with them.

If none of these suggestions help, we recommend that you either take the game back to the place you purchased
it from and ask for a refund, or hold on to the game for the time being and wait for us to contact you as soon as
we know what is causing the problem, at which time we would hope to offer you a satisfactory resolution. If you
intend to keep the game, please retain your receipt or some other proof of purchase.

In either case, please send a new e-mail (please do not reply to this one) with the subject "No Mercy Details" to
[email protected], with your name, address and a contact telephone number. Please also state whether you
intend to keep the game or return the game to your retailer for a refund. As soon as we know the outcome of our
investigations, we will contact you. If you have already sent this information, or have contacted us by telephone
and have had your details taken by one of our Customer Support representatives, you do not need to respond
as your details have been logged already.

Once again, we wish to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Kind regards,

THQ Customer Support Team"

So I suggest you email the address above, with "No Mercy Details" as the subject, and you will probably get a replacement once the unglitched version is available!

I have heard rumours that THQ are re-releasing the game without a virus and you can take your copy back abd swop it for a fixed version!
