Can anyone tell me how to find out what my connection password is?
I know my SRnnnnnn number, but to get at the Control panel or FTP, I need my password. Problem is, I changed it a week or so ago, and immediately forgot what I changed it to.
Is there an option somewhere to have it emailed to me?
I have tried Freeola Support, but they only give me bog-standard responses, explaining how to find out my "SR" number. Come on, Freeola, I know what that is. I need my *password*.

have you tried e-mailing them from the e-mail account you used (if you needed one) to join...and giving them as much personal info on yourself they might need to believe its not a scam and tell them you have lost/forgotten your password and will they e-mail you another one! it might just work....GOOD LUCK

OK, they did finally send me my password by email. It's usual in cases like this for there to be a "Password reminder" option somewhere ... but not yet on Freeola, it seems.
