I just figured out a way to defeat Heinrich without cheat codes and without firing a shot !!!! I discovered this quite by accident but it works every time. Just stay in the bunker that leads into the courtyard. Heinrich will come to you. Hide behind a corner so he doesnt shoot you. When he is close to the entrance to the courtyard simply run past him out into the courtyard. The entrance will collapse right on top of him and kill him. It takes him a few seconds for him to "die" so look out for the other critters, just run from them. I have done this several times now just to be sure it works. Give it a try !!

Nice one, and after all these years someone has come up with this:-) Well done Brokenwings, maybe not so broken after all !!! I'll have to give it a shot when I've re-installed the game.
