I am half hoping this will happen. But not for the obvious reason of seeing Houllier annd Co fall flat on their faces. I am just sick of the blatant favouritism exert by the BBC were if there is a liverpool game it must be shown. Is it because thay have hansen and lawrenson they feel it is compulsory, or did they just get jobs because the BBC loves Liverpool FC. In recent years we have seen Newcastle, Chelsea and leeds and others in the Uefa cup yet its always bloomin liverpool that gets shown. It can be Liverpool vs some crap east european team, and Newcastle vs Lazio and they'd still show Liverpool. Come on Everton! Come on Blackburn!
Just talking Generally really. But i want them to finish lower in the league to make the BBC appear muppets if they start screening them in preference to higher placed teams.

I like your reasons and i would say that too. But as an EVERTON FAN i have to go for the "Houllier annd Co fall flat on their faces" As an everton fan living in liverpool and having all my mates liverpool fans this has been a great season for me.
I would gladly finsh below liverpool as long as we are in europe but thought of everton finshing higher than liverpool keeps poping into my head. I would finnaly have a say when my skit me for being a blue !!!
