“ Tarzan (U) ” is one of the best animated movies that Disney has produced. This film has all the usual Disney magic, beautiful animation, a great storyline, a first rate cast and a great soundtrack provided by Phil Collins. The story follows the life of Tarzan, who gets adopted by a tribe of gorillas after his parents are killed when he is only a child. The film follows the young Tarzan as he struggles to fit in with his tribe. However as Tarzan grows older he becomes more and more aware of the fact that he is different from the other gorillas. This is not a major problem for Tarzan though, until he encounters some humans who are exploring the Jungle. And so the scene is set for a classic Disney dramatisation, with Tarzan having to decide where his loyalties lie, with his tribe or with the humans and Jane. The way Disney has made the jungle come to life in this film is astounding, it’s the little things however that make this film stand out, such as the way Tarzan walks on all four limbs. The film seamlessly blends the style of “The LionKing” with the wit and humour of “ToyStory2”, a great film to enjoy with all the family.
I loved transformers too, although the Toys arent as good as they used to be (Safety regulations no doubt!). I remember Optimus Prime used to have hundreds of Screws, which was pretty cool..
Transformers the Movie was pretty good aswell, better than Pokemon any day. Actually its suprised me that theyve never made a big screen Transformers movie i.e. with actors and cool special effects!
