ok heres the thing i'm still new to html, so I need help getting little scrollers
(http://www.dynamicdrive.com /dynamicindex2 /pagescroller.htm (remove spaces))
into a basic frame so the content stays in the area i give it on the page and u can scroll instead of the whole page scrolling and the content lapping down into the work across the graphics....you stil with me? hope so.

ok ok how can i get one of these, its the nav bar on the content/news box.(http://www.worldwarx.net /noise) but smaller for my site..?
if you want to take out the scroll bar for any other frames, insert this into that pages html code...
insert this code after the tag but before the tag, then you can get rid of the scroll bar... this didnt answer your question, but i hope it helps :D

So, you want those little arrows to control only one frame, rather than the whole page?

And just to be padantic, partly because I'm a padantic person and partly because I'm bored at the moment, that's JavaScript, not Java as you said in the title. :D
