Simply stunning these are the only words that can describe gladiator....Ridley Scott has created a masterpiece. the first time i heard of the film i thaught it was one of the normal slow roman movies. but my friend wanted to see it so we finally went... the thing is that after the movie i was shocked at the visually stunning film.

It's very good, I admit, but no way is it the best movie ever.

The Muppets Take Manhatton!
Or maybe Labyrinth.

It certainly is one of the best movies of recent times. I have only just purchased it on DVD and was totaly blown away by it. It wasnt what I expected at all, at first it didnt really appeal to me but after watching it I was really amazed at how the story comes together.
Definately one to own, an absolute masterpiece!!
