Does anyone know how to turn a Mpeq video into a screensaver?

Have you already got a program, and just want to know how to *actually* do it?

I did this once but got bored with it. I can't remember the name of the program I used to do it, but surely there are plenty out there you could try. Just got to type in something decent in Google..

I assume that you mean "mpeg" and not "mpeq" because it doesn't exist however I can help. I do not have the answer myself but email:
