On my website I have a frame on the left handside which has a index/contents of my website. When I click a link on the left handside in the frame I want the page to load in the right frame, if you see what I mean.

How do I do this?

Thanks if you can help.

Thanks!
Thank you for dealing with this so promptly it's nice having a service provider that offers a good service, rare to find nowadays.
Wonderful...
... and so easy-to-use even for a technophobe like me. I had my website up in a couple of hours. Thank you.
