My cat licked some cooking fat. Now when she cleans herself she's going to be all sticky and shiny.

Cats aren't meant to be sticky and shiny :(

Personally I'd cover her/him in cotton wool so s/he looked like a little sheep, but that's obviously because I'm Welsh and therefore have an unnatural attraction to them.
