The Siamese Chimpanzee
Two heads are better than one,
better two than to have none,
I am monkey my other self is too,
one of us looks one way when the other does a poo,
when we throw faeces at the other chimps we blame it on each other,
the is no way spoil our game to tell one of us from the another.
Now high in the canopy,
we both want to pee,
I go left he go right,
we almost fall, terrible fright,
then we fall crashing to the ground,
we both thud, a terrible terrible sound,
I shed a tear as my monkey brother me,
tells me that he loves me and still needs to pee.
Suddenly I'm all alone, half dead but half alive,
wondering about how I'm going to survive,
losing my better half, my friend my brother my other,
I climb the tree in misery, what do I tell my mother.
