Me neither, I don't realy care about the nose as its blatantly a manipulation, therefore you'd expect there to be some slight visual problem with it.
Don't know why there is pickyness over his neck - it's hardly noticeable unless you're looking for faults.

No i've only got the usual 1024 X 768 res on this PC as most people do. My laptop is 1200 by 800or something similar but I haven'r used the internet on my laptop for awhile.

Either you have an ultra-high resolution on, or you're just making excuses.
