I posted this in the PS2 forum but thought you guys may be able to help ?

I have a flip lid PS2 and on one of my TV's at home the picture is black and white when playing any import games, I guess this is a 60mhz signal being reproduced on a 50mhz TV ?
I'm not Mr Technical on TV signals etc, any ideas or suggestions ? or is there a lead that would convert the signal from 60mhz to 50mhz ?
I have tried the Blaze "play your PS2 on your VGA monitor" converter but wasn't impressed with border at bottom of screen etc.

Turbo, I've sorted it, basically the import PS2 games output signal is NTSC which my TV or video is not compatible with, got a NTSC to PAL signal convertor from someone on ebay for 15 quid, problem solved.

Try using a real SCART cable. Most TVs will play 60Hz signals, but it requires a SCART cable.
