How come carl johnson gets like 50 gun shots to kill him yet others take 1 or 2.They could make it sumat like 15 or 20 gunshots
To avoid peeing people off. In a game like God of War, you can justify stuff like that because Kratos hits his opponents so much harder and with such lethal weapons (though even then it can still take a phenomenal amount of hits to take down enemies) where as he can survive quite a large number of small hits from opponents. In GTA, perhaps the same holds true - people shooting CJ are just poor shots. I'm sure the health bar goes down quite quickly when they get decent weapons out and aim them correctly.
