Chapter 8.1 on Rylands v Fletcher had me on the edge on my seat. Is Blackburn J's test an extension of nuisace? Does it impose strict liability? How will it relate it negligence, if at all!!!

There's a couple of books by an author named, Donald Harstad.
He's a former deputy sheriff.The books are called, ELEVEN DAYS and THE KNOWN DEAD.There both good thrillers.
