BBC News story

The signs look fairly convincing, but would anyone really be taken in by a law that says it's legal to urinate in the street at certain times of day?

I think the pranksters were just taking the...mickey...

It's quite an eleborate prank, though.

It would appear from the report that they are expecting no compliance with their request - "the 'urination area' is to be cleaned daily between 5 and 6am"
