Southpark is more sophisticated than it's given credit for. Anyway to answer the question: Futurama is clever, and I like it the most but any Simpsons with Homer featuring is as funny as anything on TV. Haven't watched much FGuy so I can't comment.

The Death has a Shadow Family guy.
Family guy wins by a hell of a lot.
If you watch a lot of TV and films you will love Family guy as it mocks so many movies, which is why I love it so much.

Personally, I think that The Simpsons is best out of the three, hands down. :)
I prefer Futurama
Well any episode of the Simpsons that isn't focused around Lisa is usually very funny.
However Bender from Futurama and Stuey from Family Guy are 2 of the funniest characters ever made.
They're all great in their own ways.

Hmm, they are all great in different ways. I'd say The Simpsons is the best all-rounder, as Family Guy tends to push the boundaries while Futurama is consistently witty and inventive.
