Yeah, he had to sign Stone Cold before one of the shows to keep his job. He did so. Vince then said that to keep his job, he must join his "Kiss My @Ss Club". Bischoff said he couldn't and so Vince said he must face Austin at No Way Out to keep his job.

i swear it was if he won he would keep his job and if he lost he would be fired, but still, oh well
