I've claimed my last game at 3:30 pm on a Thursday, it arrived on the Saturday morning!
I'd check that the game was in stock. If so, I'd expect to receive it within 5 working days.

No they don't reply to your email.
You'll know that they've received your email when they put the game you chose up on the winners list, but this sometimes takes a day or so.
