Wouldn't it be good if a service existed where you can choose which episodes of your favourite shows are printed onto your very own DVD. I don't know how much a DVD costs to produce and maybe a one-off is uneconomical, but I'd be willing to pay top banana for a collection of my childhood greats. Imagine Transformers, followed by Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors, leading to Centurions and M.A.S.K., or even He-Man. The possibilities are endless. I think this service already exists for Audio CD's and although it's not that popular, I believe there is a market for it.
As a kind of sub-discussion to this, does anyone know how long until RDVD(Recordable DVD)'s will become commercially available in the UK? I've seen the discs in a shop where I used to work, but never the players.
