Depends what sort of comparisons you want, performance or what the service offers?
For a start try www.adslguide.org.uk it allows you to compare them via user ratings on speed, reliability and customer service.

Try ADSLguide. It has loads of advice, guides etc. But most importantly it has people bitching about the service they have received.
