Games companies have aways given shortened names to consoles in the past and will do so in the future.

What do these stand for you may ask?
Here is er-no's opinion..

Nintendo:

NES: Nintendo's Experimental System

SNES: Second Nintendo Experimental System

GB: Great Brick (it was big)

GBA: Great Brick Advanced ( it has pretty colour)

GC: Great Colours

Sega:

Master System:
Money And Sex Together Equals Ranchy 'System'

Saturn: It got Sat on.

DC: Decent Console

Sony:

PS: Proper System

PS2: Poweful Stuff 2
