Conservative or Tory, they all need to take a certain amount of money from you, and they just find more appealing ways of doing it. Labours favourite policy is giving to the hand and taking from the bank. Very cunning.

I don't think that Tony Blair would make a good Tory leader, or even a scout troop leader. He's a stuttering gimp, the smiling face of deadly disease, and.... I really am bitter about paying taxes.

Err...not really. A fair few out of date and out of touch 'Old Labour' policies were dropped when New Labour was created, but they certainly didn't just "copy the tories".

That's because Tony Blair IS a Tory leader. Labour couldn't get into power doing something different, so they just copied the Tories and won.

I suggested yesterday that Iain Duncan Smith leave... Tony Blair and some front benchers move to the Conservatives with the blue ties and erm we get a Socialist leader in charge

I say we try raise Aneurin Bevan from the dead
