U cant have an UNGLITCHED copy, they all have the bug, I thought mine was ok, 3 weeks later nothin on it!
I havent encountered any problems on my No Mercy cartridge so far!! Maybe Im one of the lucky ones who got an unglitched version!!

My brothers copy of the game also loses data.
Apparently all copies currently available will do, but a glitch free version will be available in February, apparently.
I've emailed THQ to see what they're going to do about replacing the shoddy cartridges.
If I get a reply, I'll let you know.
