I was really hoping it would be a multiformat game. So if I wanna play it I'll have to get a PS2. I'll keep an eye on what its like and hopefully if it doesn't end up going multiformat, PS2's might be cheaper to grab. Overall though I'd much prefer to see an X-Box version...

hmmm seems pretty serious about his transformers
In other news, I have it on good authority that there are no fewer than 3 Transformers games in the works, although at least one of the is to be a Beastwars generation game.
If all three games wind up being PS2 exclusives, I shall join Al Quaeda and begin my own personal jihad against the Sony corporation.
I refuse to allow Transformers to be made into a substandard cash-in!
I REFUSE IT.
I am so pleased that they've based it on the original (and best) series, and not something gay like Beastwars.
I'm almost creaming myself with anticipation for this game. Something which thankfully doesn't happen too often...
SR have some screenshots in their news section (Robots in disguise). Looking great so far. I really hope I don't have to get a PS2 to play it.
From the screen shots, there are the characters that look like they've made it into the game so far...
Optimus Prime
Megatron
Starscream
Jazz
Wheeljack
Fingers crossed that Soundwave, Sideswipe and Skywarp make it in. ;-)
This game would have been my dream when I was younger - especially with the quality graphics and sound we get in games now. Funny thing is, even now when its been announced, I'm just as excited now about it as I would have been all those years ago. ;-))
Sounds cool.
