Awesome film as everyone already knows,bit wierd the way the Region B version is presented in different aspect ratio's though (1.78:1 for scenes filmed for IMAX cinemas and the rest of the film in 2.40:1).My mate has the US version (which is region free) and the whole film is presented in the the standard 2.40:1 ratio ?.Not sure why Warner's have done this ?.
I have also tried the standard DVD of Dark Knight in my Oppo DVD player (which are fantastic upscaling players) and on my set up it ran the Blu Ray version very close for picture quality IMO.To be honest unless your going to sit a couple of inches away from the screen you would hard pushed to notice a massive difference.

Pffft its amazing.
I got Predator as well but the quality isn't any different to regular DVD truthbetold. Probably cuz it's so old.
