What more info do you need? You want to run a ftp server to allow somebody to transfer a file from you(?), Turbo suggested that one. If you don't wanna follow Turbonutter's advice then pay a visit a download.com, search for ftp server and take your pick.

Its for both upload and download. And yes I do know how to work it thanks for asking.

I knew it, you are ftozzi i said you were and how dare you try getting me banned for spamming when you are that ftozzi, P4_man or whoever you are now and i helped you out and sent you files, you try getting people banned and then expect them to help you?
