( i posted this earlier but i dont know where its gone)

Anyway,just started doing a website.

ANd i have a frame on the left and the main bit on the right.

And inbetween them is a grey border,just wondering if its possible to change the colour of it.

Also when ppl visit my site i want it to do a total refresh because i often get the problem of when visiting a site it dont show the most up to date version of the page.

The only way of doing that that I can think of is putting this in and the index page (make the index just a very basic welcome screen) and instead of whatever putting the name of your main page. There may be ways of doing the refresh some other way (maybe JavaScript), but I don't know of them.

i dont want it to refresh all the time. Just on the first time someone visits. Because more the time it dont refresh it and just reads it from the temp file.

bordercolor="#FFFFFF" in the boarder section is how you change the colour, and you can do a page refresh by puting in the following code: and the content is how many seconds it waits to refresh.
