Yes, to add to the general rosiness of this year, we now have some kind of previously unknown virus originating from Asia. China is denying that it's the much feared bird flu, and CDC officials are racing to identify it, and a cure. So far cases are in China, Canada, Taiwan, Singapore, and people are being quarantined in Germany after one passenger on an inbound flight became ill.
US official are not ruling out possible terrorism as the virus appears to have been spread by airline passengers, and it contractable as easily as the flu. The World Health Organisation is naturally in something of a panic, as are various other officials with various governments advising all non essential to countries with cases to be postponed until the source and nature of the virus is found.
So, is this natural, or terrorism ? Either way it's serious, and likely to be eclipsed by the coming war.

Ah, thats just the point though, THIS doesn't happen every few years. Normal treatments do not work against it, this thing isn't the kind of thing where you have it, take a week off, go back to normal.....
It's getting annoying how everything bad these days automatically gets linked with terrorism. Something like this flu thing happens every few years or so, and is bound to be natural.
It comes from a region populated by around 2 billion people living in unsanitary conditions. It's probably natural, though even if it is, some group or another will probaby claim it as their work.
