When I first visited a Japanese site I was asked if I wanted to download the Japanese display text converter (by Windows) I clicked on no and don't ask me again was ticked. Now I want to go back on this and download the Japanese display text convertor. I have deleted cookies, history, temporary internet files but still don't get a prompt.
How do I get the option box back please ?

Not sure about the unchecking the option bit, but:

Scan for Updates, and it should be in that list.
