After finally taking delivery of my PS2, I wasted no time in connecting it up and whooping some ass on Tekken. However when I tried to connect it up so the sound would play through the pro-logic amp thing bacame infuriatingly complex. Theplay sation itself will work while playing through the video(ie. scart into video, video into TV)However when playing a DVD this set-up ruins the colour so the whole thing has to be rewired through the Tv only. Surely there an easier way! If so can anyone shed some light?

has your TV got sound outputs if so just connect them to your stereo im lucky enough that i have a sony dx8av which has a video feed in and out so i just plug my playstations strait into that and just feed the video signal to the TV best of luck
