The entrance creaked open
This was my opportunity
I set out for the entry
Stiletto seized in hand
Hesitation was not an option

The change from the alcohol
Jingled hysterically in my denim sack
No one was to hear me
The bag met the shrub
The shrub met flames

The pale buttons on my shirt
Glistened silently in the moonlight
No one was to see me
The top was ripped from my back
Onto the cold, wet concrete

It was humid inside the hallway
Voices echoed through the corridor
No one was to notice me
I clambered into a room
Darker than the night

The floorboards screeched
As I prevailed to the top
I noticed the moonlight
Shining through a circular window
I stopped

I don’t know why

There it was
Just standing there
Eyes transfixed on the windowpane
Just like me
Its manifestation with the view was unique

My fist clutched the blade harder
As the cool shining steel
Pierced its delicate, yielding body
The evil grin of a joker
11 stones of body tumbled to the ground

I stood, and watched it wheeze
It begged and pleaded
Until
Silence
The joking smile was wiped, from my face

Met with reality
I stuttered, I was trapped
I dragged the ruins outside
Into the darkness of the night
Away from the moonlight
Away from Sight
I ran off into the night

Awakened by the aroma of death
I tried to recall what had happened the previous evening
I couldn’t think
My sick mind had expired
During my rest
I knew what I had done…

These thoughts had left my precious, naïve mind,

Joyous, I was…

Oh, so very, very true. I couldn't of put it better myself.
And if some of you are left a little bemused, It is about erasing my obsession with murder, and death, by entering my mind and destroying it first hand. Hence the similarities when we look through the skylight, and the shining moon.

If you didnt get it, read through it again, then it will make more sense :-) hopefully
