Once torture and similar is used against people being held then the terrorists out there have won because it'll be one more right that is disposed of because of them.
From what I know, the intelligence gained from most of these people has been largely inaccurate, of course we cannot know the full scope of what has been learned from them. However, as Al Queda operates largely in cells - small groups with few links to others - you have to wonder the value of still keeping these people detained in such conditions. Even those who are innocent are more likely to be sympathetic to terrorist elements now !
It's the "blunt force trauma" assessment that's so damning.
These people have been held, without charge, since 2001 and Camp X-Ray has left the news in favour of more US Friendly stories.
And a Military Coroner has ruled they were killed with "blunt force trauma"?
