I was looking at ITV's F1 bit tonight, haven't really looked into anything F1 related since halfway through last season, as I got bored. However, I'm intrigued by these new rule changes, and think this weekends race could well be spot on.

So I look at the TV schedule to find TWO qualifying sessions. Since when did that change?!

Anyway, I haven't got a calender here in the library with me, so when is the 7th?

Will the new qualifying be Friday and saturday lunchtime (local time)? So it will be thursday night/friday morning here for the first one, and friday night/saturday morning here for the second?

I'm confused :-/

I'd put bets on Coulthard and Raikkonnen to win races as well.

I've got a £10 bet on for every race with my mate - if Montoya wins, he gives me a tenner, if Schumacher wins, I give him a tenner, and if neither wins, we keep the money.

I honestly think Montoya is a better driver than Schumacher, and if he was in a Ferrari, he'd win far more often. We'll see this year anyway. :-D

Go Trulli! :D

Hopefully these new changes mean much more exciting F1 racing, especially if we have some surprise qualifying positions. I'm hoping for Trulli and Minardi to do well, but also for Ferrari to regain both championships...I love Ferrari. {:)

Didn't bother to watch the last 3 races last season though i think i'll tune in to see the grand prix this time. It'll be interesting to see just how good Schumacher is without all the driver aids in the car and to see whether he actually deserves to be mentioned in the same breath as Fangio and others.

It should be the full session repeated on the Saturday as well as the Saturday session live.

I didn't realise they were repating Friday's session on the Saturday. Is it the whole thing, or just the highlights?

It looks like I'll only have two distrubed nights sleep rather than three then...

Friday morning: 2:15a.m
Saturday morning: I would guess that it would be about the same but they are repeating Friday's session on the Saturday. Coverage starts at 12:30a.m

Race coverage: 2:05a.m Sunday morning.

Is this what you wanted?
